This modern abode, in its true sense, is a house themed Inside Out. The tree cut out on the terrace acts as an iconic element which symbolises recreation and peace, establishing a very seamless connection between the built part and nature. The glass deck also stands out as a very interesting feature.

What sets this residence apart is its unique facade designed that features louvers and a double height space with louvered jaali which come together to bring out a very appealing and striking look. The louvers allow an interesting play of light and shade in the interiors as well. The contemporary language of design is evident in the play of levels and the incorporation of aesthetic yet functional spaces.

The play of variety colours is also experimented with. Black and gold sheen with one of a kind partition make the space stand out from the ordinary.

The single-level vacation home is flooded with natural light and view in all spaces, while hand-picked art and antique furniture Grace the home adding personal touches and warmth throughout.

The formal lounge features a neutral beige colour scheme with a pop of ruby red with a hint of gold making it look more elegant and luxurious. Uniquely crafted furniture, extravagant floor lamps, chandelier, framed wall mirrors and art decor add opulence to the space.

This house’s family living area and dining showcases the colour blocking format through the combination of emerald and blush pink with a signature floor lamp and hanging crystal lights adorning the area.

The iconic water feature with an oversized sculpture by the staircase acts as a zen element bringing a very serene vibe to the open spaces.

The interior courtyard features a timeless landscaped lotus installation within a water body which gives a calm and composed appeal to the area.

The Thistle House

Harking back to the harmonious forms of ancient Greece and Rome, this neoclassical architectural styled home is characterized by its simplicity, symmetry, and grandeur, with towering intricate columns, central semi-circular arch with a key stone, and flat roof with mouldings among its most recognizable elements.

Use of wrought iron lamps and Georgian window bars give a very vintage and classic touch to the aesthetics of this house which blend very well with the overall design.

The use of lush greens and pop of colour through the Bougainvillea add exuberance to the scheme of the facade, also adding warmth through nature.

Here’s an exemplary project presenting a picturesque interior beautifully showcasing the living area and dining area of an extravagant house.
The furniture has a theme of ruby maroon and charcoal grey with a hint of gold ornate finishes. The exquisite double height living room has an iconic Italian marble gilded wall art on one side and contemporary cantilevered staircase on the other filling the space up with grandeur.

The signature fire place and tv unit with beautiful ornamentation enhance the plush in the space. Designer consoles with unique decor and planters with lush green, complete the setting perfectly. A magnificent chandelier comes down adorning the double height.
Dining has a very peculiar chandelier with landscape courtyard at the back for a perfect family dinner with a spectacular view. The wall décor and sculptured pieces add a rich character to the area.

Keeping in mind, the playful needs and fervour of childhood, Line and Space has designed this Kindergarten School to make it all fun and learning for the budding future of the little scholars.
The most interesting facade system has been designed to create a dramatic impact on the viewer, providing the school with an unmistakable identity. The geometric façade with different window formats and colour fields makes the building stand out in the surroundings. The indoors are designed with a vibe of zeal and enthusiasm, connecting seamlessly to the outdoor play areas for the personality development of the children.

The main aim was to create a landmark and provide a playful image that the toddlers would identify their school with & remember it for years to come.

• The Mocha Manoir •

The Mocha Manoir

With a neo-classical detailing and a touch of modern in arts and furniture, this living room looks more dynamic and elegant.

Extravagant, formal light tone interiors with a neutral beige colour scheme create a lavish feel. However, to add exuberance to the scheme, velvety emerald drapes and customised cushions are added. A carefully balanced hint of metallic gold in furniture and decor enhance further, the luxury in the room.

A signature chandelier compliments the light walls as an iconic design element. Designer lighting, ornamentation and a rug make the space very cosy and warm yet ornate!
