The Pellucid house

The home’s various rectangular volumes are stacked to create an intriguing silhouette, offering architectural interest from the outside and lavish views from the inside.

The cantilevered volumes are suspended in the air, lending these areas a feeling of floating. This protruding effect, combined with designer louvres and contemporary jaali gives a unique, simple yet luxurious effect to the overall aesthetics of the house.

Surrounding its glazed facade with vision of green plants and trees adds an earthy element to this contemporary house.

Thoughtful design with exquisite landscape is the key to creating an intimate interaction between the indoor and the outdoor, blurring the boundaries.
Every step in the house, being followed by the lush green crawling in from the outside introduces grand design elements with a tasteful and unique experience. The outdoor seating under the pergola is well crafted for lavish gathering.
The luxurious interiors, courtyard pockets and landscaped terraces make this beautiful home extra ordinary!

We, at Line and Space, closely relate Architecture and Art. Its almost fascinating, how the simplest of geometrical shapes can form the most interesting built environments.
Through this illustration, we exhibit the use of our design elements in functional yet iconic designs, such as cantilevers, cut outs, lush greens.
We focus upon the smooth flow of spaces through the entire building bringing a unique experience to all. Moreover, our aim is to seamlessly connect the outdoors and the indoors for a more pleasing and refreshing vibe.

The 8th day Café

A cozy café with a stroke of style is what we aimed for, when we came up with an idea of designing a chic place for the crowd to chill.

This rustic themed modern café has a very raw feel to it, with its exposed brick walls, coffered ceiling, and wrought iron furniture. The use of honeycombs adds to the natural and warm vibe created in the warm space.

Different lit quotes on the walls capture the visitor’s attention and are very aesthetically appealing. The colour scheme symbolizes nature with a throw of very elegant emerald here and there.

Green walls also bring the outside in, making people feel closer to nature, making it a delightful experience to visit here. Addition of a gramophone and candles bring a vintage aura to the beautiful interiors of this place.

The Royal Epitome

An extravagantly designed timeless office, with an inclination towards the royal vintage style is an exemplary space with a perfect blend of neo-classical and contemporary elements. It is beautifully crafted to carry forward the majestic legacy of the family name and business.
Peppered with pops of honey mustard leather furniture, the neutral colour scheme adds a very swanky and luxurious vibe to the area.
The well-lit space is adorned with gilded ornamentations enhance the magnificence of the interiors of this office.
Arched openings and decorative arched windows add a touch of richness.

With designs that appear to defy the laws of physics, this balancing home, extends beyond the usual boundaries to take in majestic views.

Marble Hauz is designed in a way that it looks empowering as well as soothing.

The black and white marble floor acts as an accent surface, adding a strong character to the space. The dark interiors with ornate gold finishes simply draw attention of the viewer.The exquisite tan-coloured leather finished furniture and beautiful décor give a luxurious and authoritative vibe to the office.
